Inspections for Stability
We will make a comprehensive assessment of the stability of your fire escape to understand what needs to be repaired, or if a full replacement is necessary. We will note any missing, lose, or bent pieces and other problem areas of your fire escape, such as steps, slats, railings, missing caulking or bricks, rust, flaking paint, and any sharp edges. Most of the maintenance can be a straight forward fix, such as tightening loose bolts, welding, or scraping and painting.
Scrape and Paint
